"Keeping the fiddle spirit alive . . . Yesterday, today, and tomorrow." These are the words of the Montana State Old Time Fiddlers Contest and Camp. The Fiddler's Organization of Montana has been in existence for over 40 years.  In 2001, the Contest was moved from Polson, Montana to Red Lodge.  Red Lodge welcomes some of the best fiddlers in the state, including some that have placed high in the National Contest, to compete in its annual contest. Whether or not you live in Montana, you are welcome to participate in the contest.

The fiddler's organization of Montana also hosts an annual Fiddle Camp in Monarch during the first two weeks of June. Come enjoy concerts and classes with young and old fiddle players. Enjoy the sounds of mandolin, fiddle, guitar, and keyboard music during Montana's fiddle camp.
